Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy

1. Registration and Reservation Deposits

Thank you for joining the Durti-Cocktail Lounge Cruise!

A non-refundable reservation deposit is required for each registered guest:

Interior, Ocean View and Balcony Cabins: $200 per guest

Suites: $400 per guest

Reservation deposits are non-refundable once the reservation and payment have been accepted, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly provided in the booking agreement.

Submission of a registration form does not guarantee a specific cabin category or availability. Reservations are subject to confirmation.

2. Additional Payments and Final Balance

Guests are responsible for making all required payments according to the payment schedule communicated during booking.

Payment deadlines, remaining balances, and applicable charges will be provided as part of the reservation process.

Failure to meet a payment deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation, subject to the applicable booking terms.

3. Guest Cancellations and Refunds

Guests requesting cancellation must notify Iron Bar Entertainment in writing.

The reservation deposit is non-refundable, subject to applicable law and the terms in effect when the reservation was made.

Refund eligibility for payments beyond the initial deposit will be determined by the cancellation terms disclosed and accepted at booking, including any applicable cruise line or travel-provider cancellation charges.

Refunds are not guaranteed solely because a guest is unable to travel for personal, financial, employment, or scheduling reasons.

4. Royal Caribbean Cruise Terms

Cruise accommodations, transportation, and related cruise services are subject to Royal Caribbean's applicable reservation, payment, cancellation, and passenger policies.

Royal Caribbean's cancellation terms may differ from the terms governing entertainment-related reservations or packages arranged through Iron Bar Entertainment.

Guests are responsible for reviewing the cruise line's applicable terms.

5. Entertainment and Talent Subject to Change

The Durti-Cocktail Lounge Cruise is designed to provide a memorable entertainment experience.

All advertised artists, performers, DJs, hosts, special guests, entertainment schedules, and activities are subject to change without prior notice.

Changes to the entertainment lineup do not automatically entitle guests to a refund. Any refund rights remain subject to the applicable booking agreement and law.

6. Travel Documentation and Insurance

Guests are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents and complying with cruise line and government travel requirements.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to help protect against eligible unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel interruptions.

Travel insurance is not automatically included unless specifically stated in the guest's reservation documents.

7. Changes or Cancellation by the Organizer

If Iron Bar Entertainment cancels an entertainment package or a material part of the organized experience, applicable refunds or other remedies will be determined according to the guest's booking agreement and applicable law.

Any cruise line cancellation or itinerary change will be handled under the applicable cruise line terms.

8. Guest Acknowledgment

By submitting a registration and making a reservation payment, guests acknowledge that they have had an opportunity to review the applicable Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy.

Guests also acknowledge the non-refundable reservation deposit, applicable payment obligations, cancellation provisions, and the possibility of changes to advertised entertainment.

Policy effective for new reservations made on or after the date this version is published. Previously confirmed reservations remain subject to the terms applicable when those reservations were made, unless otherwise agreed.
